FRIDAY: Spikes 13, Black Bears 6
The Spikes scored 7 runs in the bottom of the first inning and never looked back after going down 3-0. Samuel Benjamin and Deniel Ortiz showed off their power, both hitting the first Spikes home runs of the season.

SATURDAY: Spikes 16, Black Bears 4
The Spikes started off the game down 1-0 heading into the bottom of the 1st inning, where they outscored the Black Bears' final run total with 5 runs. Samuel Benjamin, Treyson Hughes, and Tyson Bass combined for 10 hits and 10 RBIs in 13 at-bats.
W: Ben Harris (5.0 IP, 2 SO, 2 ER, 61 pitches)
SUNDAY: Spikes 9, Black Bears 8
The Spikes took a 7-3 lead heading into the 8th inning before the Black Bears tacked on 5 runs of their own. A Cade Climie RBI double tied the game in the bottom of the 9th, and shortly after Deniel Ortiz walked it off via an RBI single to clinch the sweep.
W: Landon O'Donnell (2 IP, 2 SO, 0 ER [1 R], 22 pitches)
Player of the Series: LF Samuel Benjamin [6-for-13, 2 HR, 7 RBI, 2 SB]
Samuel Benjamin has continued to make a case to get drafted following two consecutive Player of the Week honors. He was a great contributor in the 16-4 win, going 3-for-4 with 4 RBI and 2 runs of his own on the basepath.
Pitcher of the Series: RHP Ty Boudreau [W, 4 IP, 6 SO, 0 ER]
After a shaky performance on Opening Day, Ty Boudreau showed up and shut down the party out of the bullpen. He played a crucial role in the Friday win, allowing only 1 walk and 1 hit in 4 innings of work.
