Former Boston College head coach Mike Gambino turned to Happy Valley following a successful 2023 campaign for the Eagles. Gambino hopes to install a "hard-nosed, team-first mentality" for the Nittany Lions as a turnaround was needed following the firing of longtime head coach Rob Cooper.

The title says it all: Head coach Dean Ehehalt goes into his 30th season as Monmouth's head coach. The longtime skipper has taken the Hawks to 4 NCAA Regional appearances from 1998 to 2009, and he looks forward to keeping up a tradition of success in West Long Branch, NJ.
